Prices are for Bed & Breakfast per person, per night based on double occupancy. |

Checking In & Out
Check-in
| Your room will be available after 3.30pm. We ask your approximate arrival time when you book and ask for a mobile number in |
case of any unexpected problems on the day of your arrival. |
Check-out
Check-out time is 10.30. |
Making A Booking
| To reserve a room we ask that you provide us with credit or debit card details (type, number, expiry date, issue number or valid from |
date, and the last three digits shown on the signature strip). |
Please note a deposit equal to your first night’s stay is payable at the time of booking. |
| The cards we are able to take are Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, JCB or Maestro. Card details are held as surety and will be used |
for non-arrival or cancellation at short notice as outlined in our cancellation policy below. |
Payment
You can settle your bill by cheque with bankers card, cash, credit or debit card on arrival or departure at Langdale View. |
Booking Conditions
All tariff prices quoted are per person in a room with an en-suite shower/bathroom and includes your choice from our breakfast menu. |
We are sorry but we unable to cater for children under the age of 12 years. |
We are pet free except for Guide or Hearing Dogs. Please let us know if you are bringing them when you make your booking. |
If the specific room reserved is rendered unusable through circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to transfer the booking to another room. In the unlikely event of us being unable to offer you an alternative room at Langdale View we will make all reasonable attempts to find you similar accommodation elsewhere. |
Langdale View is a No Smoking house and bookings are only accepted on this basis. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if we feel they have smoked in the room and an extra charge will be made to your account to cover the cost of cleaning. Those guests wishing to smoke have use of our summer house located in our garden. |
Cancellation Policy
Where 14 days or more notice (28 days at New Year) is given, no charge will be made. |
Where less than 14 days notice (28 days at New Year) is given and we are unable to re let the room for any of the cancelled dates, the card provided will be charged the full amount for those dates left unlet. |
If all or part of the stay is cancelled after arrival the full cost of the stay will remain payable on departure. |
Unfortunately if you do not show up and do not notify us for whatever reason, you will be charged for the full, or part of the full stay, that we cannot re let. |
We advise that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker. |
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation, or non-arrival any bookings made with Langdale View (verbal or written) form a legally binding contract and you may be liable for the cost of your stay if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date. |
