Gym, Pool and Spa Facilities at the Old England

 

Work hard, play hard or relax and unwind at Langdale View in conjunction with the Spa, Gym and Pool at the Old England Hotel, central Bowness.

 

We offer our guests use of the gym and spa facilities at the Old England, part of the Macdonald Hotel  Group located in central Bowness  just a 5 minute stroll away from the Guest House.  Leave your car safely in our car park and stroll down for a couple of hours in the gym, pool or spa.  Take only your gym, pool clothing as towels, hairdryers, free lockers  and shower gel are provided.

 

The amenities  include a  20 metre swimming, Steam room, Sauna, Ice room and aromatherapy shower; fully equipped gym with the latest equipment for a complete workout and full use of the spa facilities. A sun terrace leads off the swimming pool overlooking Lake Windermere.

 

The Guest Pass for Langdale View is free and entitles the user to full use of the gym and pool and also includes  10% reduction in Spa treatments, 15% reduction in food and 10% reduction in drinks within the Hotel.

 

Please let us know when you book, on arrival or at any point during your stay if you wish to use a Guest Pass as number restrictions may apply.  Passes for the Gym and pool are normally issued for morning, afternoon or evening slots.  Spa passes have no restrictions as times are pre-booked with the therapists.

A full range of treatments are available at the Spa including waxing, manicures, facials and massages.  The current price list for Spa treatments is available on request as these do change from time to time.
